CANNABIS CULTURE – Vancouver played host to the city’s largest (and highest) 4/20 celebration ever in 2013, with more music, vendors, speakers, performers, and – of course – more marijuana smokers!
Cannabis Culture photographers pointed their cameras at the blazing excitement to capture the day’s festivities and the giant smoke-off when the clock struck 4:20.
