Japanese cop cover-up

In Japan, the Kanagawa Prefectural Police Department is facing allegations that they covered up a fellow officer's positive urine tests in 1996.
At the time, police were doing a major anti-stimulant drive in the schools, and apparently felt that arresting a fellow officer would be too embarrassing.
