Government ganja guidelines

The US federal Department of Health and Human Services has issued new guidelines for marijuana research.
The new rules requires separate approvals from the Food & Drug Administration, the Drug Enforcement Agency, the National Institute of Health, and the National Institute on Drug Abuse.

For all other untested research drugs only FDA approval is needed.
