Ed Rosenthal's bud of the month
By Ed Rosenthal - Monday, March 1 1999
Feature Bud
This is a bud of Sierra Spice grown in Eldorado County in the California Sierras at 3,400 feet, near the pot line limit. It is a cross between a William's Wonder male and a mountain indica hybrid. It won the San Francisco Cannabis Cup last November. It has a real fruity flavor and smooth high that sneaks up on you. Its an easy plant to grow, too!

Feature Garden
I grew these plants in a mix of vermiculite and perlite with General Hydro fertilizers This 4' x 8' section was lit by two 1000w HPS lamps. Bottom branches were pruned to encourage central bud growth. These plants were between 1 1/2 ? 2 1/2 feet tall.
