so now a person that has what is considered more than a personal amount goes to jail for even longer because they have created the situation where organised dangerous gangs deal in the stuff. somehow that becomes an added harm worthy of more penalty for a substance when its just their laws that create this problem. once again the scared will bow out and let the not so scared take over the market.
how wrong is this when they know tobacco kills yet you can buy a carton of cigarettes, an equal weight of pot would label you as a trafficker. when all your doing is buying more so it costs less.
oh and looky here, i can type the word scotch down below to verify that i am not an automated spammer... i could go down to the local liquor outlet and buy three litres of scotch and have enough to drink myself to death and still face no jail time for possession. something is very wrong that they can even pass these very unfair laws.
