IT IS MENTALLY ADDICTIVE NOT PHYSICALLY....and I thought it was already fully leagal in ca? or at least vancouver? Aren't there smoke shops and what not that you can smoke in? If you did that in the state you'd get arrested right away....someone from canada explain??.....THANKS
