What about the Canadian children of CIA covert MK-ULTRA? Medical records and X-rays at http://www.geocities.com/terryparkerjr/ and http://www.thewhyfiles.net/mkultra4.htm disclose unauthorized covert psychosurgical and brain implant experimentation (Dec. 9,1969 & Jan. 27,1972, ar t 14 & 16 years of age)without informed consent, nor parental knowledge, while under the guise of treating epilepsy. (ie-"scar tissue removal")This information correlates with the CIA project of psychosurgical ansd brain implant research, upon unwitting subjects. Those subjects being myself, and other children who suffer epilepsy at the Toronto Hospital for Sick Children. Kind of pisses me off that covert manchurian candidate developmental research, has been responsible for having our marijuana laws declared unconstitutional Dec. 10,1997, and further upheld July 31, 2000, while the government impedes upon this decision, with
regulations that undermine the Parker decision.
Parents of epileptic children have to say NO to epilepsy brain surgery, when evidence discloses covert human experimentation. No doubt MK-ULTRA is very much alive, while parents are lied to, while defenceless Canadian children scream verbal profanities during a local cranium incision. I have expressed my concerns to justice Tulloch, of Brampton court, as I await his decision regarding my application for retyurn of a controlled substance, (marijuana) It's been six months since our court hearing.
