Hello, I have been trying to find a doctor that will help me get a license to smoke marijuana. I spoke to my family doctor and discussed my medical issues, but she refused to help me. Simply because she doesn't agree with the use of marijuana. Can anyone help me to locate a doctor who can assist me. Thanks.
