Marc Emery's Prison Potcast - Episode #2

While I understand that Marc is required by law to remain in a detention facility until his court verdict is determined, I'm still not sure why he is serving time in jail for a second time given the fact that he spent his full sentence in the facility in Saskatoon (doesn't this come under the double jeopardy sentencing act?).

All I can hope is that if he is given a guilty verdict (which I hope is not the case) and extradited to the US that the amount of time he has already served is taken into account when determining just how many days his sentence to jail is.

Marc is not in jail for pot, believe it or not. He is there because he poses a greater threat to those who oh so arrogantly rely upon slave mentality in the masses.

You see, Marc has a history going far back to the 70's. He always, always, came from a position of a 'sovereign' person in his writing and his speech, no matter what the issue.

He has never, never, given off anything so odious as a slave mentality which feels it has to act manipulative and vie for favors from their 'master'.

That, my friends, is what really, really, threatens the 'unsound' reality in which we find ourselves.

THEY DO NOT WANT PEOPLE EMULATING HIM!!!! Can you imagine what it would be like for all those who rely on the government and corporate welfare, including real drug criminals if the people animated their G-d-given sovereignty???? Oh boy.

Animating sovereignty is one of the most revolutionary stands anyone can make and that is what Marc Emery embodies and has animated most of his life. He lives it. He breathes it. It forms the very foundation of all his thoughts, acts and deeds. He is an example for all. He is a man embodying 'sovereign man'. Because he is sovereign, he is a responsible man and will never run from anyone who attempts to challenge his 'sovereignty'. This drives all these sons of Belial, crazy!!!! They want to bring him to his knees as a slave like everyone else and he won't do it and he is a 'way-shower' to others because of this.

Marc may be a champion for abolishing prohibition of drugs, but that is just one of his main focuses lately. The record will show he is consistent at abolishing ANYTHING that imposes ones will upon another.

That is truly working for justice because it is consistent. This is what they consider the most dangerous of all.

People out there, don't get all myopic about just drugs, this includes allllll impositions upon our sovereignty. Sovereignty is inclusive of the term, 'The Right To Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness(read Destiny)' When one of these terms are removed from the other two, it is no long 'sovereignty', it becomes a 'privilege' that one must beg from those perceived to have 'power' over them. This is a fraudulent and false reality. These three terms make up a symbiotic alchemy that spells out what sovereignty is all about.

Even though as Canadians, your country's foundation does not even come close to the founding fathers declaration in the United States, these ideas from back then are still to this day just as revolutionary as they were back 230 years ago. We have a template but have yet to live it fully in the spirit in which it was declared.

Keep this in mind in all you do.

What the hell is going on here? The United States don't have enough criminals to prosecute, so what does this bass Ackwards country do? Go across its northern border into another sovereign country, to violate the rights of citizens that country (and for what? "A FRIGGIN PLANT!). What did we threaten Canada with I wonder. I think this is the second time that this country has pulled off something like this.

Something is definately out of whack when one goes to prison for selling a seed to those who want them, and using a substance less dangerous than the food he'll be served while in prison.

I think vegetarianism is a great idea for Marc Emery. Have you seen his profile lately? It's also a good way for him to generate a sub-cause within the criminal justice system. Call it "hunger strike lite." He'll just want to take care not to earn too many demerits along the way. Good behavior really does count for something in prison life and in parole reviews, and if he's as smart as we all know he is, he'll play things in his favor and not end up punished regularly in a One Flew Over the Cookoo's nest manner as he reports in this most recent potcast. I hope for his swift return to Canada because frankly I don't want one cent of my tax dollars paying for his stay in a US prison. I REALLY wish the Canadian government had said, "Yeah, okay America, we see your complaint with Emery. We'll arrest him and put a stop to his business. We want to be good neighbors, but we'll deal with our own house and let you know when and if we need your help."
